Noopept is a very potent Ampakine nootropic drug, and the nootropics brand name for the research peptide "N-phenylacetyl-L-prolyglycine ethyl ester." Noopept capsules is an entirely synthetic molecule, and has a similar effect to Piracetam, though its effects are quoted as up to 1000 times stronger.
